It is a delicious and flavorful dish that is perfect for a quick and easy meal. #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak #vegiterian #spicy #easyrecipe Ingredient Quantity Frozen soya chaap 4 no Oil 2 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Ginger chopped 1 tsp Green Chilli chopped 3 no Onion chopped 1 no Green Chilli slit 3 no Onion diced 1 no Capsicum diced 1 no Red bell pepper diced ½ no Yellow bell pepper diced ½ no Salt to taste Soya sauce 1 tbsp Red Chilli sauce 1½ tbsp Green Chilli sauce 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Red Chilli powder ½ tsp Black salt ¼ tsp Chaat masala ¼ tsp Water as required Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp Spring onion chopped for garnish Method 1. Take a frozen soya chaap and remove the stick. Cut it into diagonal shapes and take out in a plate. 2. Take a kadai on medium flame and add oil to it and heat it. Now fry the soya chaap until it becomes crispy and golden in color from above. 3. Now take it out in a tissue plate. 4. In that kadai add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green Chilli, chopped onion and sauté in high flame for a minute. 5. Now add slit green chili, diced onion, diced green capsicum, diced red bell pepper, diced yellow bell pepper and sauté. 6. Now add salt, soya sauce, red Chilli sauce, green Chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, red Chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala and mix well. 7. Now add the fried soya chaap and a little water. Cook until the soya absorbs the moisture. 8. Add chopped green onion, chopped coriander leaves and mix well. 9. Now turn off the flame and side out in serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onion.
