Adjust the spice levels and ingredients according to your taste. #easyrecipe #vegiterian #soya #pepper #fried #namaksamak Ingredients quantity Fennel seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Whole coriander seeds 1 tbsp Whole Cinnamon stick 1 inch Clove 4-5 no Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp Whole red chilli 3-4 no Oil 3 tbsp Whole cinnamon 1 inch Clove 3-4 no Cumin seeds ½ tsp Dry red chilli 2-3 no Curry leaves 15-20 no Onion chopped 2 no Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato chopped 3 no Salt to taste Dry spices powder 2 tbsp Coriander powder ½ tsp Black pepper powder 1½ tsp Ginger julienne ½ inch Green chilli chopped 2 no Red chilli powder 1 tsp Water as required Water 2½ cup Soaked soya 1 cup Fresh coriander 1 tbsp Method Take a kadhai on medium flame and Add fennel seed, cumin seed, whole coriander seed, cinnamon, clove, fenugreek and whole red chilli roast it. Transfer sauté dry spices into mixer jar and grind to the coarse powder. Heat oil on medium flame in a kadhai and add cinnamon, clove, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves and sauté for a minute. Then add chopped onion and sauté until become brown. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomato, salt and sauté until tomatoes are cooked and melt properly. Now add ground dry spices powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, ginger julienne, chopped green chilli and sauté. Now add red chilli powder and mix properly. Add water and cooked them until looks like a pasty mixture. When the mixture cooked properly, it starts leaving oil, then add more water and boil it. Squeeze the soaked soya and add into mixture. Cooked until become semi dry. Add chopped fresh coriander and take out in a serving bowl.
