In this video I dig into 2 techniques in Meyer’s Dussack: the Knocking Cut and the Roaring Cut. Both techniques suffer from similar problems of unclear text that changes from the 1568 to the 1570 quite dramatically, and it’s often easy to simplify the techniques more than is necessary. Join me as I use the texts to dig in a little deeper to the Boch and the Brummer, both in outlining entire interpretations as well as revising existing ones.
