Take a 10 min yoga break at the office with this gentle yoga sequence. It’s a great way to loosen up the hips, low back, upper back, arms, shoulders, and neck. Remember to breathe deeply. Also, we’re using a chair for this yoga practice. Any chair will do, though one without an armrest is preferred. Always work within a pain-free range.
