Bradford Press - OPEX Exercise Library

Start the Bradford Press standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold a barbell using both hands even with your shoulders. Then press the barbell over head, as you reach full extension lower the barbell behind your neck to shoulder level. Then press the barbell back up and lower to the starting position.
