Bakasana (Crow Pose):
Bakasana, or Crow Pose, is an advanced arm-balancing yoga posture that strengthens the arms, wrists, and core while improving balance and focus. In this pose, the body resembles a crow perched on a branch. It requires engaging the abdominal muscles, leaning forward onto bent arms, and lifting the feet off the ground while balancing the knees on the upper arms. This asana helps build concentration, enhances body awareness, and promotes mental clarity. Although it may be challenging for beginners, with regular practice, Bakasana cultivates inner strength, stability, and confidence. It also stretches the upper back and opens the groin area.
