Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes Recipe

There is really nothing better than an easy oven roasted potatoes recipe. If you’re anything like me, I love a good roasted potato. It’s just something that absolutely necessary with any kind of protein such as chicken, beef, lamb, or pork. The list goes on. It is, however, a matter of finding the right recipe. My family loves a potato that has texture, flavour, easy to prepare, soft, and cloudy. This recipe seems to check all of those boxes.
