On the foundation of the System of Sovereign Civil Society A Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics In order to establish the status of a Sovereign Citizen of a Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Free Great United The Sovereign People of the USSR as a Whole, for the purposes of sustainable development of a Bright, Creative Sovereign and Self—sufficient Society of a Great Sovereign Country - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, in order to develop the National Economy of the USSR, in order to establish the System Civil Society, a Free Great United Sovereign Soviet People, in order to strengthen and protect the principles of democracy in the USSR, WE DECIDE 1. To Establish A Civil Society System Of A Great Sovereign Country - The Union Of the Soviet Socialist Republics on the basis of International Norms of Law on Mutual Consumer Cooperative Societies and Unions and the Law with Consumer Cooperation of the USSR. 2. The implementation of this Resolution in terms of its organization of regulation and control is entrusted to the NGO SMPC SVR on the territory of the USSR. This Resolution has the full force of a legislative act, mandatory for execution by all State Authorities of the Union — Soviet To all Citizens of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, to all Subjects of Law of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the Sovereign Territory of the USSR and throughout the World.
