Goodshed Sessions include performances by Yelfris Valdes, Sarathy Korwar, Ishmael Ensemble, Griz-O, JSSO, Mermaid Chunky, Waldos Gift, Roella Oloro, Tim Davies will be released throughout November. Waldo’s Gift first met at a smokey jam session, in a central Bristol industrial estate and since then have been combining elements of groove, jazz, math and classical music to formulate their unique sound. Showcasing their own hybrid of groove, math and jazz plus hosting a weekly night at Bristol’s The Gallimaufry, where they invite some of the city’s finest to collaborate with them; Waldos Gift has emerged as a new force, combining blinding technique with real creative musical insight and authenticity.
