Full title reads: “Wales. ’Cymru Am Byth’. Cardiff’s brilliantly successful Civic Week ends in ’blaze of glory’ - as the Welch (sic) Regiment march through City’s densely crowded streets.“ Cardiff, Wales. Pan across from crowd to show Welsh Regiments of the army marching behind a military band down the street. The band march past a saluting post on which stands the Mayor and various military officers. More shots of the soldiers marching down the road watched by crowds. Buglers stand on the balcony of a civic building and play as the Union Jack flag is unfurled on a flag pole. More shots of military marching - these men look like sailors. They are followed by soldiers.
