7-year-old Indiana girl killed when a hole she dug in the sand collapsed on a Florida beach

The girl was completely buried in the sand underneath her brother, who also fell in the hole, authorities told local news outlets. According to NBC affiliate, WTVJ, Sloan Mattingly was identified as the girl who died Tuesday, and her 9-year-old brother, Maddox Mattingly, was critically injured.
