INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked long-grain rice
1 lb extra large shrimp
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup leftover beef and broccoli
1 medium carrot
a bunch of fresh scallions
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped baby corn
8 oz fresh bean sprouts
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
season and salt to taste
