Robb Wilton Issue Title Wheelspin To Wilton! (1936)

Robb Wilton. Part of issue WHEELSPIN TO WILTON! Pathe Studio, London. C/U of a sign on a door reading ’Robb Wilton - Solicitor’. Robb’s clerk (unidentified man) is seen sitting at a table in the office, filling out the football pools. Robb comes in and the clerk hurriedly puts the form away. Robb sits down at the desk and reads out a letter he has received saying “Referring to the matter already referred to in reference to the one referred to, we don’t know but we think so“. Robb says “That’s taken a load of my mind“. The clerk brings him up to date on visitors to the office and Robb struggles to remember the different clients and cases involved. He seems rather bored by having to do some work! The clerk reads out a complicated legal document and Robb looks confused, telling the man to add it up and see what it comes to. The clerk says a cheque for £2,000 came for Robb this morning and tries to find it in his pockets. He takes out string, odds and ends and a mouth organ. Robb berates him
