Capo Ferro - Plate 14

In this video we cover Capo Ferro’s plate 14 on striking below the sword in a single action. Though as we see maybe he had other (better) options for this. As always we split the plate into several parts to make it easier to understand each section of the text. Granted this time around we didn’t film the introductory or the set up thrust to the face but it didn’t take anything away from the whole plate so we felt it wasn’t that much of a big deal. A few other things didn’t quite went to plan with the filming but not enough to warrant a complete do over. All in all we hope you’ll find this video useful and we’ll be seeing you on the next one.
