Join me for another intense walking workout! This time we are focusing on those abs by incorporating a number of all standing exercises that will engage your core and help you burn lots of calories, all with a mix of walking/ step type exercises. Please remember that you cannot spot reduce fat, and to see real results, you need to stay consistent with your exercise regime and remain in calorie deficit. As with all of my walking workouts, this is not to the beat workout. I give my absolute best in any workouts, and thus I do not want the music to slow me down. But enough of this!
