#vfitwithvera #fullbodyhiit #fatburning Hey team⚡️welcome to my NEW 50 MIN FULL BODY HIIT Workout For Fat Burn & Cardio!This is a SUPER SWEATY💦FAT BURNING🔥session packed with 4️⃣ extremely EFFECTIVE 💯CARDIO, mixed with BOXING 🥊 inspired HIIT rounds which FOCUS on UPPER BODY / ARMS & ABS thus improving your overall fitness, strength and endurance. With this intense HIIT routine I have broken the workout into IV CARDIO rounds of JUMPING exercises to intensify WEIGHT LOSS and 3 HIIT rounds in between to target the muscles. I have included a warm-up and cooldown & stretch which helps the heart rate and the muscles to recover properly. If you don’t have a jump rope don’t worry, you can still easily do this routine with minimal modification (you can do mock/ghost jump roping (which is basically what it sounds like, swing your arms and jump like you have a jump rope, the bonus being that you will never mess up😅). OR DANCE 💃🏼🕺🏽.
