My ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to our new Sexy Sixpack Workout! ♥︎ This special routine targets the upper, middle, side and lower ab muscles and helps to define a sexy sixpack (suitable for both women and men). I was a little bit creative while creating this workout: you can find lots of innovative ab exercises in this video. Hope you like it - it has already become one of my favorites! 😍
▪️ Intensity: Medium/Hard
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.
