12 MIN TONED ABS PILATES WORKOUT | Pilates For A Flat Belly & Strong Core | Eylem Abaci
The second video of our pilates series! ♥︎ This pilates inspired ab workout contains a lot of new, innovative movements (I must say that I’ve been creative while creating this workout😁). We will train all of our core muscles in a very slow and controlled way. Don’t forget to breathe! :)
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.
