Vertical Kilometer Ascent by Remi Bonnet in Fully (Switzerland) | Salomon Running
A Vertical Kilometer is a 1,000m ascent within a maximum distance of 5km. Fully is internationally-known as the fastest VK course in the world, and racers come from many countries each year to test their steep-trail running mettle. Watch as Rémi Bonnet starts at full speed and tries to keep it up for as long as possible in order to break the 30 - minute barrier.
