This 35 minute yin yoga class is perfect for beginners who are new to this style or want a more gentle approach to yin. We will only be holding the poses for about 2 minutes each instead of the usual 3-5 I normally do in other yin yoga classes. You will need 2 blocks and a strap for this practice! What is Yin Yoga?
