It’s been a while, but I’m back. I just had to share my latest creation with you! These breakfast seitan sausages were a big hit with my family.
They are so tasty and pretty easy to make too!

Recipe yields 12 sausages
Dry Ingredients:
1.5 cups vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp tapioca flour
1 Tbsp vegan bouillon
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 Tsp nutmeg
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1 tsp fennel seeds
6 sheets of rice paper (optional)
Wet ingredients:
1/2 block of firm tofu
3 Tbsp liquid aminos
2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
3/4 cups water
Rice paper broth (optional)
1.5 cups of water
1 Tbsp vegan bouillon
2 Tsp browning
