OpenToonz New Fx: Glare Iwa

Introducing a new fx, Glare Iwa to be included in the next version of OpenToonz. This Fx generates glare in photography, a star-shaped streak pattern due to Fraunhofer diffraction of light caused by diaphragm or star filters.
