PSLV-XL launches Cartosat-3

For ISRO’s PSLV-C47 mission, a Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) in “XL” configuration (with 6 solid strap-on motors) launched Cartosat-3 and 13 commercial nanosatellites into Sun Synchronous orbit from the Second Launch Pad (SLP) of Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota, on 27 November 2019, at 03:58 UTC (09:28 IST).
