I made this practice video after a long day of sitting in front of my desk. On days like this, we can be so much in the zone that we sit for hours and forget to move our body every once in a while.
I can totally understand how we can be so focused at times that we donβt even realize when weβre sitting for a long time in a bad posture, which can lead to short term and long term health problems. Most people can immediately feel the back pain, tension in the shoulders, neck, arms, and leg pain. I usually feel my body ache immediately, which is a gentle reminder for me to moveee my limbs.
