In today’s video, I am going to show you how to make a delicious quinoa chickpeas recipe that will not need a lot of time. Everything on the one-pot meal. #vegetarian #recipes
INGREDIENTS you WILL NEEDS:
To fry chickpeas:
1 can of cook chickpeas
1/2 tsp of Oliver oil
1 tsp of Paprika
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
To cook quinoa:
1 cup of quinoa (2cup of water)
1/3 cup of onion
4 tsp of olive oil
2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger
4 tablespoons of tomatoes, pasta
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Cooking instruction:
Heat the pan on medium to high heat and add to olive oil and chick peas cook until they start to crispy up and then add paprika ground black pepper and salt. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes until the chickpeas are nicely coated with spice. Transfer to a plate and set it aside.
