离村子不远的怒江边上有一大片酸角林,是那种酸味浓个头扎实的老品种酸角,树上叶子都掉光了,但树上还满是一串串的酸角。我靠着身体重力摇了一背篓回来,做了奶奶爱吃的酸角糕,小豪爱吃的酸角糖,还有爷爷的酸角泡酒,还有一罐酸角醋,是真够吃一年了。这个醋怎么做都好吃,天气热了,我就拌了个胡辣椒鸡脚,真的出奇的好吃~ ※Click “cc“ on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. There’s a forest of tamarind trees along Salween River not far from our village. They bear very sour and big fruits. Though the leaves all fell down, there are lots of tamarind fruits on the tree. I shook some fruits down and gathered a full basket of them. I made some tamarind fruit cakes for grandma, tamarind fruit candies for Ahao, tamarind fruit wine for grandpa and a jar of tamarind fruit vinegar that can last for a whole year.
