Feng Zhiqiang performing Chansigong (silk reeling)

During an interview with Feng Zhiqiang in 2008 he performed a short set of Qigong practise or Chansigong, silk reeling. He stressed that from the 1950s onwards he learnt from Chen Fake and Hu Yaozhen together in their school in Beijing. He also said to practise Boxing (quan) without Silk Reeling (gong) is useless.
