Allotment Diary : How to make Organic Tomato Plant Feed from Sheep Poo
How to make a beneficial organic tomato feed from the simple ingredient sheep muck.
Simply collect said poo and suspend this in either an old sack or in this case a pair of tights in a bucket of water for a few days.
The colour will change to a greeny brown colour after a few days and then simply dilute this to the colour of very weak tea and water your tomatoes with it once fruit have formed.
It will contain plenty of nutrients and trace elements and is a firm favourite with some of the older tomato growers.
A natural free plant food.
