ВЫРАЩИВАНИЕ ГИГАНТСКОЙ МОРКОВКИ. Allotment Diary : Planting the Giant Carrots in the Polytunnel

Planting out this years Giant are planted out into the polytunnel in a deep bed of soil surrounded by compost with additional fertilizers added and mycorrhizal fungi to the roots to hopefully produge a huge specimen in September if they keep growing well.. These have been grown in deep tubes since February to give them enough time to grow large. The variety is New Red Intermediate which is the same carrot I grow for the long show classes but will grow really big in the right conditions. Happy
