After stealing the fake Isabel’s birth certificate, doctor Pintos leave the Guerrero’s residence. Manuela and Mariana are on garden of Verezza’s ranch, Rudy rides horse and Mercedes repairs some clothes. She talks to Corrado, who is preparing for moving into the centre of the Caňada Seca. In Guerrero’s residence, Isabel packs the books from library. She realizes, that there are some jewelry in the safe (necklace etc.). SHe orders Bernarda to bring the key to the safe. When the jewelry is unpacked from the safe, Bernarda realizes, that the Isabel’s fake birth certificate is missing. Both ladies ask Cella, where are the documents and Cella remebers, that doctor Pintos was the last person in the library. Juanjo brings back the keys and the car, he had stolen. He begs Teresa for pardon, she refuses him and tells him, she doesn’t want to see him no more. Bernarda visits doctor Pintos in his office and menaces him with the gun.
