Best Stickhandling Session | Off-Ice Workout | Hockey Tabata | Puck Control | Summer Training

In this video, I prepared tabata stickhandling workout 8 rounds of 20 seconds work / 20 seconds work. This stickhandling training you can do at home without fancy equipment. These stickhandling drills can also be done in a small space - perfect for at home ! If you want to improve your stickhandling, I recommend practicing to repeat 3x and at least twice a week at home, but ideally every day if you can.
