So today i decided to share with you lovely subscribers my football training, that i use , sometimes without weights. I am doing plyometrics training which focuses on explosive reaction, stability & change of direction, it is very effective & beneficial for all athletes. I then end off with resistance band training which has the same effect as plyometric but they both work in different ways. 🎊 🕺🏽
