Seconds of Deadly Shots Fired by 2S5 Giatsint-S Artillery on the Battlefield The 152mm Giatsint-S has integrated biological, chemical, and nuclear protection. The operational range with standard ammunition is up to 30 km, but with newer and advanced ammunition it reaches up to 37 km. The howitzer is armed, in addition to a 152 mm gun, and a secondary – one mm machine gun. It is powered by a 388 kW diesel engine.
