MARTINN MANDLES, a Life of Hydrofoiling

Martinn Mandles had a love for aviation since his teens. Then, with the help of the Boeing Company his interest moved up to hydrofoiling. With Boeing, he served a a test pilot for their prototypes. Later as a junior officer in the US Navy he was named Skipper of the USS (PGH-2)Tucumcari. Here is his story.
