Chuo Jiao style Chuo Jiao Fan Zi

Somewhat resembling Xing Yi in its directness; something like Northern Shaolin for its kicking skills: Chuo Jiao (Penetrating Kick) is one of the oldest recorded styles of Kung Fu still in existence. Demonstrated here by teacher Hong Zhi-Tian, this is truly one of the few times this style has ever been seen in the West. It is often “married“ to the famous kicking and tumbling style known as Fan Tzi (yes, the same Fan Tzi that is incorporated into Eagle Claw style).
