LOLA CASADEMUNT BY MAITE’s proposal for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2024 season is inspired by the ancient Egyptian civilizations and pays homage to their culture, colors and designs of timeless elegance, especially to Luxor: temple of the gods and palace of worship of Egyptian mythology. Beadings, embellishments and golden touches in lurex, organza and foils crown total dream looks where dresses with volumes, layers and cut outs reign. The animal print, as identifying with the brand as it is with Egypt, is manifested, this time, combined with a paisley that, due to its colors, reminds us of the natural forms of the desert: dunes, palm trees and the Nile in the background. As accessories, we find clear references to the mythical hieroglyphics: geometric shapes, beetles and the superimposition of large pieces with flowing garments.
