This is a very soft and easy practice, created for anyone who needs to spend a few minutes in a judgement free zone which is full of compassion and mental self-care.
As I mention in the introduction, I’d encourage you to follow this practice in a quiet and private place, surrounded by as many blankets & pillows as you like 😉
There are many possible reasons why we may find ourselves needing to create a safe space to rest in, and I hope that this video offers you a chance to make that space for yourself- somewhere you can feel loved and supported in whatever you may be going through 🙏
