’Efendi’ performed by Sheboshka

Sheboshka perform Efendi (Music: Hasan Tunç & Sheboshka; Lyrics: Sheboshka). Efendi is a song that we wrote together with our friend Hasan Tunç whom we met on SoundCloud about five years ago. He very generously lent his wonderful melody and we found some harmony for it and wrote the lyrics. It was a collaboration we enjoyed a lot. Our eclectic musical aesthetic is inspired by old jazz songs, tangos, gypsy jazz, Turkish songs from the 70s, and country blues. We also post covers of our favouritre songs in English and Turkish.
