Xcaucasus:Paragliding in Georgia/gudauri/Japava X Shavdatuashvili/Fail analyze

There were 2 main fails during the flight - open carabineer and flying without a helmet. Carabineer wasn’t old according to its specification. The reason why it bended is that, carabiner was not closed before take off.
