Wooper and Quagsire meets their Paldean forms

Wooper is back with a new friend from the Paldean region! Decided to make this since Scarlet and Violet just came out with NEW REGIONAL FORMS of both Wooper and Quagsire. Seems like Wooper had already became friends with his new buddy. Quagsire and Clodsire have become couch potatos.
