Some tools can be made from basic natural materials and have a big positive impact to change a situation from surviving to thriving. Water is of huge importance but isn’t always readily available. Some plants, like cactus, store large quantities of water inside them. The prickly pear cactus produces delicious juicy fruits loaded with water. Getting the water can be hazardous because of the thorns and glochids, but with some basic tools the process can be completed safely and swiftly.
