For the past 30 years the NHS has been in RAPID DECLINE and their healthcare to the public is becoming NON EXISTENT. Over half a century ago the NHS provided REAL HEALTHCARE with REAL DOCTORS and REAL NURSES who cared about their patients. They actually run their hospitals LIKE A HOSPITAL should be run with the patients care as their UTMOST PRIORITY. They called their hospitals GENERAL MEDICAL HOSPITALS and the A&E was called the CASUALTY DEPARTMENT. Nowadays, the NHS hospitals are run LIKE PRISONS and ONCE you are admitted, you CANNOT GET OUT and it is ALL SECURITY, SECURITY. The only difference between an NHS hospital and a prison is that the NHS hospital does not have any bars across their windows. The healthcare (if you can call it that) is APPALLING. The NHS staff are KILLING INNOCENT SICK PEOPLE INSIDE THEIR DEATH CHAMBERS.
