PEOPLE PERSON | Award-Winning Animated Short Film

Desperate to escape her reality, a young woman discovers a program that immerses her in her own subconscious through a myriad of virtual personas. ———  The entire film was shot live action first, and the actors’ performances were hand-animated using rotoscope techniques to ensure that every micro-detail of emotion and expression was captured. This character animation was then composited with environments built in Blender. We spent countless hours for three years to muscle and finesse PEOPLE PERSON into existence, and we couldn’t be more proud. We hope you enjoy! PEOPLE PERSON has been accepted into 25 international film festivals, nominated for 12 awards, and has won 8 awards.
