Mastodon Seabeast (Leviathan) guitar cover Dimarzio Titan Ben Eller

Kinda started this on a whim to demonstrate how amazing the Dimarzio Titan bridge pickup sounds, but its turning into a lot of fun. I learned some of these tunes a while back, but some of them are new to me, like this one... Seabeast! Lots of fun to play this one. The arpeggios at the intro are spooky and cool, and the rest of the tune grooves really well. The transitions out of the verses are extremely weird, i had never noticed until i learned it! Their guitar style is totally nuts. Also, don’t trust internet tabs for their songs, they’re pretty much all wrong. Playing my Ibanez RG470 here, which is an old japanese model. Cool guitar. Plugged into my Kemper Profiler, using the Amp Factory Marshall JCM800 Drive patch, with a little bit of additional EQ in garageband. Thanks for watching!
