The Crispiest Chicken Burger Patties You’ll Ever Make

As most of you know, I love chicken. In light of that, chicken burgers are one of my all time favourites. As fussy as I am, I insist my patties have three critical elements: crispy, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, there is no store bought or restaurant version I could find. Once again, I set out on my quest to make my own. Let me tell you that I was not disappointed in this recipe as it certainly produces the crispiest chicken burger patties you’ll ever make. I use boneless skinless breasts for the recipe. Of course they have to flattened and carved into patties which seemly produces some waste. But I always use the left over batter to make nuggets. Everybody loves them for a snack. You could use boneless skinless thighs if you are so inclined. Another fantastic thing about the patties is they can be air fried or baked as well.
