Rainbow pulao is a vibrant and playful twist on the classic Indian dish of pulao. It gets its name from the colorful rice, which is typically using natural spices and ingredients. #easyrecipe #vegiterian #healthyrecipes #tangy #spicy Ingredient Quantity For Tomato Pulao Oil 2 tbsp Onion chopped 1 Tomato chopped 1 Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Carrot fine chopped 1 Desi Schezwan Chutney 1 cup Parliament Gold Basmati Rice boiled 1½ cup Method 1. Place kadai on medium flame heat an oil and add chopped onion, chopped tomato, salt, red Chilli powder and finely chopped carrot sauté for 3 -4 min. 2. Now add schezwan chutney and cook well. 3. Add boiled Parliament Gold Jumbo Basmati rice, mix well and keep aside in a bowl. For simplicity pulao Cabbage chopped ¼ Oil 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Ginger chopped 1 tsp Black Pepper ½ tsp Clove 2-3 Salt to taste Lemon Juice ½ Parliament Gold Basmati Rice boiled 1½ cup Method 1. Take a cabbage and cut into fine chopped. 2. Take a kadai on medium flame add oil, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, black pepper and clove sauté for a minute. 3. Now add chopped cabbage, salt, lemon juice and boiled Parliament gold jumbo basmati rice mix well. 4. Side out in a bowl and keep aside. For hariyali chutney pulao Oil 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Green Chilli chopped 2 Fresh Green Peas ¼ cup Salt to taste Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Green Chutney ½ cup Lemon Juice ¼ Parliament Gold Basmati Rice boiled 1½ cup Method 1. Take a kadai on medium flame and add oil, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, chopped green Chillies, fresh green peas, salt and turmeric powder sauté for 30 sec. 2. Now add green chutney, boiled Parliament gold jumbo basmati rice and lemon juice mix well. 3. Finally take a big serving bowl and add some tomato pulao into it and press it with the help of a spoon to make a single layer. 4. Now take some simplicity pulao and make a second layer using the same process. 5. In last add the Hariyali Pulao, press it well and flip the bowl into a serving plate.
