Dylan has been running Morning Routines since March of 2020, and decided to incorporate a little more cardio into his day-starters.
Savate Boxe Francaise, or French Boxing, is a kickboxing system known for long range kicks mixed with Western Boxing punches.
It is a limber, agility based martial art that functions not only as a fantastic combat system, but also helps to improve the longevity and physical fitness of the practitioner.
This is from an early January 2021 episode, and will cut right to the chase, building up a few basic kicks such as the Fouette (roundhouse kick), the Chasse (side kick), and the Revers (hook kick and crescent kick).
