Safer, no one can be is a hymn written by Lina Sandell about 1850, she worked in 1855, when it was printed in the Spirit League dew drops which she published anonymously. The inspiration came when she was a little girl once crawled up a tree and watched the birds’ well-hidden nests (“safe nest“). Shortly after the text was drowned Lina Sandell’s father during a boat ride in her presence.
