Traitor Guard Coming In 2020? RUMOUR TIME!

I (and others) have been informed that we may well see a new army hitting Warhammer 40,000 in 2020, in the form of Traitor Guard. We’ve actually talked about this before, and the idea of the army remains completely plausible, especially in the context of the Blackstone Fortress models we already have. Is it going to happen?
