В Кош-Агачском районе Республики Алтай расположена живописная долина реки Аккол(Акколь), которая берет свое начало под ледяным щитом Софийского(Аккольского ледника). Из-за удаленности от привычных туристических маршрутов и бережного отношения коренных жителей природа этого места все еще радует глаз.
